His experience working for the Department of Defense for 15 years and as a former community leader with organizations such as Big Brother Big Sister, NAACP, Sierra Club, American Federation of Government Employees and the South Texas World Affairs Council has given him an insight on helping individuals achieve their goals and overcome their challenges.
